Exchanges

Exchanging an item is free of charge, subject to stock availability and compliance with our Returns Policy.

 

    • You can exchange an item by visiting your nearest PinsStep store or by sending the parcel back via courier to your nearest facility center.

    • Once the original item is received and inspected, your exchange order will be processed within 8-10 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email.

    • Please note: We can only exchange items for a different size or design — not for an alternative color or style. In such cases, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

    • Important: Each item can only be exchanged once for size or design.

Returns

We aim to issue refunds as quickly as possible.

 

    • You can return your purchase by visiting a nearby PinsStep store or by sending it via courier to your nearest facility center.

    • After we receive your return, it will undergo a quality inspection according to our Returns Policy. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Return and Refund Policy

We strive to issue refunds as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

    • You will receive your refund within 15 business days after your returned item(s) have been received and approved at our warehouse.

    • Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

    • To be eligible for a refund:

       

        • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

        • It must be returned with the original packaging and all accompanying materials.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

    • Contact Lenses: Non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene standards.

    • Eyeglasses and Sunglasses: Non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their delicate nature.

    • Perfumes: Must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

    • Clearance Sale Items:

       

        • Items bought during Clearance Sale (Flash Deal) are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

        • Free delivery offers are not applicable on Clearance Sale items.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable under the following conditions:

 

    • The product you received is damaged.

    • The product has a manufacturing fault.

    • There is a size issue.

    • You would like a different color or wish to exchange for a different product altogether.

Special Categories(Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items)

 

    • Contact Lenses:
      For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please ensure you select your lenses carefully before completing your purchase.

    • Perfume Items:
      Perfumes must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. If the packaging is tampered with or opened, the item will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

    • Eyeglasses and Sunglasses:
      Due to the delicate nature of optical products and hygiene reasons, eyeglasses and sunglasses cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased. Please check the product details carefully before completing your order.

Important Information

 

    • Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original tags attached.

    • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, as it is considered part of the product.

    • Items not meeting these conditions may not qualify for exchange or refund.

Shipping Charges

 

    • Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable.

    • If you receive a refund, the shipping charges incurred during your entire purchase will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Clearance Sale Items

 

    • Products purchased during a Clearance Sale (Flash Deal) are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund, as sizes and stock availability are extremely limited.

PinsStep reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange request at its discretion, based on reasonable assessment of the product condition and policy compliance.

🔄 Can I return an item?

Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item.

You must request your return within 7 days after you receive your order.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a return or refund.

To qualify for a return:

It must be in its original packaging.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

Custom or personalized orders

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

We’ll refund you the full amount (excluding original shipping fees).

If it’s a mistake on our end (like a wrong Article/Design or damaged item), we cover the return shipping.

If you simply changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, you’ll need to:

Place a new order separately.

Return your original item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 15-20 business days. (Timing depends on your bank.)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Sadly, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without proof.
